A list of forms needed to register.

Thank you for your interest in participating on an ONDA trip.  Please fill out the information below and return it to us as soon as possible.  Trips have a size limit, and fill on a first-come, first-served basis.

To guarantee your place on the trip please mail or call us with your payment as soon as possible.

CANCELATION POLICY 
ONDA understands that summer is a busy time and life is full of unplanned events.  However, please understand that these trips are a central part of ONDA’s mission, and they are also very popular with our volunteers and members.  Trips often fill up quickly, and ONDA will create a waitlist in the event that there are cancellations.   Please notify ONDA as soon as possible in the event that you discover that you will not be able to attend a trip that you have signed for, so that your place can be offered to someone else.
PLEASE NOTE that should you cancel within 2 weeks or less before the start of a trip, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card listed on your registration.
