Jan. 8, '08 - U.S. Fish & Wildife Service issues positive 90-day finding for pygmy rabbit. Next step is a 12-month status review to determine if listing is warranted.

Sept. 26, '07 - Pygmy rabbit victory! Judge Lodge rules that FWS violated Endangered Species Act; orders it to complete new 90-day finding.

Dec. 20, '06 - Plaintiffs file reply/response brief.

Oct. 23, '06 - Plaintiffs file opening summary judgment brief and associated statement of facts.

Mar. 29, '06 - ONDA joins lawsuits against U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service challenging agency's refusal to comply with Endangered Species Act in responding to petition to list pygmy rabbit.
