Jan. 25, '06 - ONDA settles with DOI/BLM in FOIA suit; agency agrees to produce additional documents concerning analysis in Andrews-Steens RMP of ONDA wilderness inventory information.

Dec. 16, '05 - ONDA files response (PDF* 166K) to government's motion for summary judgment, arguing that the BLM unlawfully withheld four documents concerning its analysis of ONDA's wilderness inventory, and employed an illegal cutoff date.
