Lawsuit challenging BLM decision to adopt a land use plan for 4.6 million acres of public land in southeast Oregon, without inventorying for or considering the impacts to wilderness values, and without assessing alternative grazing levels or closing additional areas to damaging off-road vehicle use.

Nov. 17, '08 - Ninth Circuit panel grants parties' joint motion to stay proceedings while they discuss appropriate scope of the remand to BLM.

Sept. 29, '08 - ONDA responds to BLM's petition for panel rehearing, asking Court to retain its order setting aside the unlawful SEORMP, and to also issue an order barring harm to wilderness values while BLM completes its court-ordered revised land use plan.
