Jan. 15, '08 - ONDA successfully settles appeal with BLM and permittee. Agency agrees to prepare new NEPA analysis, analyzing wilderness values and permanent closure of Horseshoe Basin pasture to livestock grazing. ALJ approves case dismissal.
July 6, '07 - Wilderness victory! Judge enjoins BLM from constructing fence until a hearing on the merits is held.
