Dec. 20, '07 - ONDA settles administrative appeal with BLM. Agency agrees to vacate its 2007 East-West Gulch Projects  decision and undertake a new NEPA analysis, including conducting a new analysis of wilderness values within Beaty Butte's East and West Gulches. BLM will not conduct any road maintenance on routes within project area, until it issues a new final decision.

June 25, '07 - Wilderness victory! Judge enjoins BLM from implementing its revised East-West Gulch Projects and denies BLM's motion to convert agency decision to full force and effect decision.
