Comprehensive challenge against the Forest Service, NMFS & U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, targeting chronic overgrazing and flawed Endangered Species Act consultation in the Middle Fork John Day River basin.

June 27, '08 - ONDA submits comments concerning FWS's status review of Greater sage grouse for listing under the Endangered Species Act. ONDA also joins Wild Earth Guardians' comments describing new scientific information on sage grouse populations and habitat.

Dec. 4, '07 - Federal court rules that FWS's decision rejecting petition to list sage grouse as threatened or endangered was illegal under the Endangered Species Act; orders agency to undertake status review for the speices.

July 29, '04 - ONDA joins American Lands Alliance and others in comments on U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's ("FWS") 90-day finding concerning listing of Greater sage grouse as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act. 

Aug. 18, '03 - ONDA comments on BLM's draft sage grouse habitat conservation strategy.
