Continuing legal action seeking to protect against long-time overgrazing along Bully Creek, an area that includes important habitat for redband trout, sage grouse, pygmy rabbit, California spotted frog and other species.

Feb. 7, '08 - BLM issues final decision closing Bully Creek Pasture to grazing in 2008.

Jan. 11, '08 - ONDA sends letter to BLM requesting that agency close Bully Creek Pasture to 2008 grazing based on continuing violations of ecological standards.
